    Congratulations on your weightloss, but please, don't try to do this quickly. A weightloss of 2-3lb per week is the best way to go - it is more likely to stay off! It is also a LOT LESS LIKELY to leave saggy, baggy skin behind! Mind you, the gym workouts (with weights etc.) will help to take care of that. I know it is tempting when you see a big change in the scales, but you DO risk a lot of things - physical health AND mental health!!

    You sound like you are really on to it! The idea of a video blog as opposed to photo's is a really good idea! Don't worry about it zooming in and out - it isn't distracting!

    Well done so far! Try not to push yourself too much at the gym or you will burn out fast!
    You haven't got much of an accent going on there, whereabouts up North you from? I'm in Somerset.

    Great vblog Helen! Good job on your success... keep up the good work. Video blogging is a fantastic way to express yourself and keep yourself accountable.

    Coming to America...that's exciting. I live in Wyoming... if your looking for a little piece of Heaven I recommend Yellowstone National Park :) (Just my biased opinion ;)

    I will have to consider the background music in the future, but what to use...
    As for the accent I thought that I sounded a lot more souse than that! No wonder people look at me strangely when I say certain things.
    Miranda2526 thanks for reminding me that its being healthy and happy that matters, I tend to forget this and on the weight goes.
    Anyway I'm just surprised that anyone has watched this never mind commented on it, especially as I look so grumpy in the still image.

    You can keep going! Your body will adjust, and respond to your pushing it!
    cute accent!! ;) Congrats on losing that stone... (it feels weird saying that) I have no idea how many stones equal a pound. I have found that you do see the changes from the videos, and I do know that others can tell the differences in you over time.

    You will find a lot of support here, and I think vlogging will really gift you the boost you need. When your camera zoomed in, I started laughing because it was dramatic.. like all you needed in the background was music.. haha
