Small Improvements continue

I'm usually a small meals person and try to eat every 2-3 hours. Yesterday I was so pre-occupied that I only ate three meals. I only snacked once and it wasn't bad - 6 chips and a slice of cinammon bread. Prolly would have had more chips but it was the bottom of the bag. Small blessings from the calorie fairy.
Hubby, Sis, and I went out to support some friends who are local musicians. Ate seafood which was wonderful. Fed some fries to the ducks, another calorie fairy moment.
Other than pacing, walking stairs to my office, and walking around waterfront restaurant, nothing that qualifies for cardio.
I'm planning a workout after my workday. Also planned dinner so I won't overeat through the day. So far so good.
