My New Plan With the @*!*?* Scale.

After I completed two 10 day challenges to stay off the scale, I have decided that I am OK with weighing myself only 3 times per month. It was making me completely crazy. One day I weighed myself before exercise, then afterwards. How crazy is it to find that after I worked out I was two pounds heavier. Did I drink that much water.
I have decided that from now on, I will weigh myself only on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month. (OK, November and February will permit me to use the last day of the month.)
I know that I did not gain two pounds in an hour! So much for the scale telling what to feel about my progress. I know that the mirror tells me otherwise. So goodbye, tyrant.
