Six pack abs..... ok, maybe not yet!

So this morning I was bummed. Why you ask? Because yesterday I took a Core Conditioning class for the first time and this morning felt nothing. Not even a little pain.

I like pain.... a little sadistic I know, but I love feeling the burn/pain because it shows that I had a great workout. So this morning when there was no pain, it left me bummed and thinking I didn't do anything for my body yesterday.

Well man was I wrong!

So this afternoon I went to my Wednesday Boot Camp class. Feeling pretty good and pushing it even more because, well yesterday I didn't get a great workout. We got to the ab section and.....

OUCH..... where did that pain come from??? emoticon

Ok, maybe I did get a good workout in. My newly formed six pack is just hiding under this layer of fat that I didn't feel those muscles until I engaged them this afternoon. Ahhhhhh yes, I think I have a six pack under there some where. It is just hiding right now.

So I am thinking tomorrow I may be a little sore since I pushed it so hard today.

But nothing like a little PAIN!

    Ahhh yes, the second day is always the best after a workout. You will certainly feel that 6 pack tomorrow when you get up.

    There it is...sneaky little pain! Love it when it comes on when you least expect it. Gives me a sense of accomplishment. Bring on the pain!!

    So glad your workout was better than you first thought. Ab work is tough! Keep working that six-pack, girl.
