My training session on Monday didn't go too well. Not bad but not great, my headache really interfered at first, the exercise actually made it go away though lol. I was being a little difficult with my trainer even though he kept saying I was fine. He's really nice and I like working with him.

Tonight though, I'm working with a different trainer, the manager of the trainers in the club actually. He's the one who's going to be nagging me about my nutrition lol, he said so anyway lol. I think my nutrition has been pretty good the last several days, WAY better than the usual for me anyway. I'm going to print out and show him some of my meal plans from Spark because he wants to always be seeing my food and I told him about Spark. For right now, he just wants to get an idea what kind of meal plans I'm following. He won't approve of everything on there but as long as I'm losing I really don't care. I like Saprk's meal plans and'm using the vegetarian option because, even though I'm not a vegetarian, I'm really not much of a meat eater. He keeps trying to get me to eat more chicken lol.

I'm actually really enjoying the meal plans. I've tried a few things and food combinations that I really like. Like raw veggies and hummus, usually I use ranch dip or something creamy but I really like it with hummus. This week already I have tried 2 recipes from Spark's meal plans that I will definitely be having again. I made a vegetarian taco salad, with a slight modification, I added some salsa lol. Last night I made vegan lentil burgers, that was fun lol. I had a bit of an issue getting the stuff to stick together enough to form patties, but I eventually got it by adding more water. Then cooking it, it did fall apart a little but stuck together for the most part lol. It was an interesting night and it did actually taste pretty good, better than those soy burgers in my opinion. I'm not really a fan of soy lol. For right now I'm following Spark's plans, but after a few weeks I will be adding some things from SparkRecipes to keep things interesting ^_^ One thing i do need to work on is my fat intake, the only thing that has been over the last couple days but only by a little lol. It's mostly good things too, like peanut butter and walnuts and things like that. I will be buying low fat cheese the next time I go shopping as I'm using the normal kind right now but I have only been over by a few grams, nothing drastic lol.

I've included more information than you may care to know in this blog lol, I do tend to be very detailed when I write lol. I'll stop now before it gets too long and boring ^_^

You're too funny...love this! In small steps one walks for and you're going to most likely keep modifying as you go to get these few things into range. You'll be fine! Just keep moving forward-you've got this!

Keep up the amazing work! You should be so proud of yourself for going to your training session with a headache and now you know it gets rid of them so that will never be an acceptable excuse not to go...lol

Way to go on following your meal plan!!

It's not long and boring. It's interesting! I think you are doing an emoticon job! Keep up the great work! emoticon . With the fats, just try cutting back on the serving sizes a wii bit! Like with the peanut butter, I will only use 1 tablespoon rather than two. And with nuts, I crush them with the side of a knife, and then they seem to go much further! Hope this helps some!
    Blessings,
