...what happened?

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Hello speeps!

I haven't been around, and I raced back to all of my bad habits, and my numbers.

Honestly, I'm back where I started.

Haven't been biking. Haven't been eating well. Haven't been drinking water. Haven't paid any attention to SP.

I went to an amusement park over the weekend. I was deemed too large for two of the rides. I couldn't get my buckles secured. I had to do the Walk of Shame off of the ride before it started.

And that is that.

So here I am. Hi!

As Brian in the Meaning of life says: "we are all individuals!"
As the crowd responds: "Me too!"

yeah, me also, I have gone up inches. What I have learnt from the last 4 months of lifestyle pingpong is gold though.
I get that life is going to come at me, that IS life, and that I must dodge & weave & find a way to get my humble goals met anyway.

Hey, I got lost for a few months too. Did a little damage and I'm back in full force now. Just like a boomerang, Huh? Only this time instead of sailing through, I intend to knock the mess out of some pounds I never intend to see again. Join me for the dance? Let's have fun and get this done once and for all.

Welcome back! Almost the same thing happened to me... lost 25 lbs last fall after joining SP, then life happened, and the wheels came off... (and the weight came back). Back as of 7/27, though, and 4 pounds gone so far. It still works - the important thing is you're back!

Hey, you definitely aren't the first person to join, have success, and then fade away. I started here last October, lost some weight and faded. When I finally returned in January I was 13 pounds heavier than start. Today I am 33 pounds lighter. You can definitely do it if you keep your focus. Welcome back and good luck. You can do it! emoticon

Welcome back. Who cares what happened, all that matters is your back and ready to start again. Go for it. We're all here for the same reasons. emoticon

Welcome back! Forget about the past and start now! You can do it. Remember, anytime you get knocked down or fall off the wagon, it takes more courage and strength to get back on track and pick yourself up. We are all cheering for you. If you read my blog, the whole thing with the rides happened to me too. I fit on the rides, but had to suck it in so much, it was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. Good luck and let me know if there is anything I can do help. I added you as a friend and maybe we can keep an eye on each other.

Oh. Well, I was gonna stand here with my hands on my hips and be all "Where the HELL have you been!!????" and all that. But you're so contrite and sweet that I'll just have to drop that holier-than-thou stuff and give you a big fat slobbery hug and hold your hand while we sing Kum-ba-ya.

Then let's go for a bike ride -- shall we?

I sorry to hear that. You enjoyed riding the bike. So get back on if the weather permits and remember how much you liked it. One thing at a time...

Welcome Home. Glad you are back. We are all here to assist in anyway that we can, since most of us are all on the same road. There is no judgement here - let me know if I can help you. Here is a song that might make you smile:
