It's funny how things change!

Tuesday, August 10, 2010

Wow, I just read my last post about work. I have fully recuperated from my surgery. I don't ever want to have foot surgery again! Work as changed drastically. I took a customer service class and the facilitator was talking about how a group goes through phases (forming, storming, norming, performing) and I am so happy to report that we have moved into performing. We are working so well together that it is scary. Anything that makes my life easier I'm all for it! emoticon

Another note on how thing changes, my weight has gone basically back to the starting point. It does not help when your bed ridden for nearly two months, and getting on track is easier said than done. When I see people who haven't seen me in awhile they feel very free in reminding me that I have picked up weight. Totally frustrating! Anyway, I feeling good about the choices I'm making now. It's good to see some of my spark friends are still plugging away at their goals. We can do it! Time doesn't define us action does! See you at the top!

I am glad you are back to normal and recovered from surgery.
Fantastic that your work is going so well.
Don't worry about the petty people that point out that you have gained a few pounds. We have all done that. The difference between us and them is that we will continue the fight and eventually take it back off!
Thanks for checking in with me. Glad to have you back emoticon
