I really have a desire to run someday. so I asked a sister at church about it how to start and a few of my spark friends talking about running so I decided to give it a try I know I have a way to go but I have to get started somewhere. So last night I decided to give it a try by jogging for about ten minutes, my sons who both are in great shape jogged with me even though I was trying to do my best they still encouraged me that I can do it. I was tired but determined to make it. I'm gonna try everyday I know it might take some time but I know I can do it emoticon.

    That is great! You can do this and 10 min of jogging right from the start is awesome. It took me weeks of walking before I was really ready to jog. Keep up the positive attitude and work outs!!

    Great job! 10 min to start wow, I remember when I started running 30 secs was a killer. :)
