Below are the stats for this morning's ride:

Distance - 4.21 mi
Duration - 32:49 hr/min/sec
Exe. Time in Heart Zone - 16:16 min/sec
Cal burned - 226 kCal
Pace - 7.6 min/mi
Speed - 7.89 mi/h

Rode to the park this morning & went around the lake once. It was my first time there on a weekday morning and I can't believe I didn't go sooner! There were people walking, jogging, running, riding but it wasn't crowded. Only thing was I almost got hit by a car who was about to run a red light.

Next time I will try to go around the lake twice, today was tough for me but I did it. I had to walk up a hill and almost didn't make it walking! I ate a protein bar before I went riding and had a protein shake when I returned. I was conscious about what I ate today and I'm happy to report that I lost an additional 1.9 lbs last week! Motivated to continue on the road to a healthy lifestyle.
