Today I started following spark's meal plans. I'm not just going to go in the fridge and think what do i want today anymore. I'd gone shopping yesterday to buy all the stuff so today was easy lol. The only challenges i had today were my migraine, which I got at work and had until after working out, so not fun, and when I got home from the gym I didn't have the energy to prepare my dinner and no appetite to eat it. I forced myself to get up and make dinner and once it was made I had no trouble eating it lol. I made a vegetarian taco salad from spark's meal plan, the only thing I did differently was add a little salsa on top. It was really good ^_^ I think I liked it better than Wendy's taco salad which I used to eat all the time.
I stayed within all my ranges today except for fat, only 1g over lol. I didn't have any low fat cheese for my salad so I used the regular stuff. I even had more fiber than recommended and fiber is something I usually don't get enough of lol. I even stayed under for sodium ^_^ which is so hard for me to do. I'm very proud of my progress so far on this challenge and can't wait to see the results of all my hard work. I've done so much preparation this past week that the first couple days have been relatively easy. I'm beginning to think maybe I can win this lol. I can't believe how positive I'm being right now too ^_^ another thing I'm proud of!
