A new week

This week I am going to re-commit to my exercise plan. I've been using the pedometer to get in extra minutes lately, but have been off my regular elliptical routine. Last week I had a bunch of contractors coming and going, so my schedule was off.
However, I started doing this new thing to keep me moving during my work day. For work I often have to watch short videos for my job. I can't do any other work while watching them and I get easily bored. So I started running in place. Then I realized I also watch a fair number of short youtube videos during the week as well. So I've decided that whenever I watch something on my computer, I'm going to get up and run.
The only down side (besides being really busy) is that my daughter has started taking pictures of me with her camera. Looking at myself is just so painful. I wish I wasn't so depressed by myself.
But on the plus side, I'm still slowly losing the weight and am encouraged by that.
