8 Weeks Progress, but no pics this time...

It has gotten to a point where taking pictures every two weeks is becoming quite a hassle. Plus it is difficult to see changes in two weeks. We (My wife and I) have decided to take pictures on a 4 week basis now because of this. We will still be doing measurements every two weeks for accountability reasons though.

Body Fat: 20.82% >>> 15.37% >>>>>> 5.45% down

Still not real sure about the body fat percentages, but I have to trust my wifes use of the calipers because that is all we have...lol.

I will be back in two weeks with pictures again!

    I still think you did a good job with your progress. Keep it up. I am unsure that I have ever had muscles under my skin around my belly maybe someday I can find out too.

    Dude - that is a HUGE change. Congrats and keep up the good work.
    I know what you mean about pictures.

    My wife is no help there so I really don't like taking pics of myself. Every once in a while I will just bring my phone and take pics in the bathroom mirror. LOL

    My wife doesn't really like taking handfuls of my skin and measuring them either LOL.

    Anyway - I watch both your progress and I get inspired by the 2 of you!!

    at about 14-15% bodyfat you should see abs when you flex. 10% you will see abs without flexing. at 6% you start to see the actuall muscle fibers (picture what corned beef looks like)

    Those are quite remarkable differences! Even though you might not be able to see the changes, I'm willing to bet the rest of us would be! Regardless, you are doing REALLY well. Impressive!

    Nice work! You can probably tell just by looking at yourself that you have less body fat, so the actual numbers probably aren't an issue. It's awesome seeing all those numbers change the way you want them to.

    Bill, the differences are over two months, not two weeks. To me, 2 inches is still quite impressive for only two months though. I have only recently added cardio into the mix too. And I am still very suspicious of the body fat, as is my wife...lol. Only more practice and learning will correct it though!

    Im sorry hun I was in such a funk Saturday that I didnt even realize that you made such big changes. I think the cardio is really helping LOVE YOU

    That's pretty impressive. The waist down more than 2 inches in 2 weeks? Dayum! I would also say be a little suspicious of the BF%. Seems like there might be a bit of measurement error there (no offense, wifey :)
