So Far...

Okay, so today is the very first day of my weight challenge, and I 'm SCARED!!! No pills for the first time no starving, nothing to help me out. I did a mile this morning, and I feel great! I did'nt get frustrated this morning with anything, I got the kids up for school, got myself ready, and I have been having a wonderful day so far. I love the feeling in the morning after a good walk! So...we will see how I get through the rest of the day! Have a wonderful SPARKED day crew! emoticon

    looks like you're off to a great start. there's no doubt going to be some setbacks as this is a learning experience for all of us. just remember to believe in yourself, focus and stay positive. when the going gets rough....we get tougher cause that's the way we roll. let's do it!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
