30 Day Shred: Day 4

So I'm not sure whether or not to call this Day 4 because I had to take a hiatus. You know somehow I saw this coming. I didn't really believe I could do this.
Well, by the time I felt able to muster up enough strength to pop in the DVD, it was after 11 pm, but I did it anyways.
To shake things up (and because I'm crazy) I selected Level 2. I could keep up actually, taking the easier modification sometimes. The only part I couldn't finish was the move in the last segment where you take a Chair Squat and lift up arms with weights to get the back. Set 2 was practically impossible, so I just kept squatting, only lifting my arms sometimes.
I feel like I got a hell of a workout. I also feel kind of sick.
I plan on getting as good a night of sleep as possible and attempting an a.m. workout tomorrow in order to get back on track and feel good.
