Getting Back On Track Kind Of Slow

It has been sort of a hard week trying to get back on track. Have been trying to get my nutrtion menus set up, of which I had to do some swapping around with foods. Also dined out three times with different ones. All family members. So there were three meals that were not really diet related. Purchased a Leslie Sansone Walking DVD this week. Starting out slow and easy, walking 1 mile in 15 minutes, 3 times a week. Excited about getting back on track. Praying that next week will be better as far as changing my bad food habits into healthier food habits. Hope everyone on Sparkteams have a good weekend emoticon
