Well another day another walk , anyone else get the "walker's blues" (aka blisters)- takes all the fun out of walking for me even though I still TRY to go (this is something I KNOW I HAVE to DO for myself!) . I amlooking forweard to the day I can start jogging if I want to .... not to mention walks in the park. I still want to get cycling before the snow flies (hopefully not till November).
