Friday, August 06, 2010

hey all, well tomorrow i start with my VLCD day 1 with HCG... i know i know i hae said over and over again in recent blogs that i was starting hcg again.. and then again.. and then again.. and man.. here i am doing it again... and i know i said in recent blogs that this time was different, and different and different.. over and over and over and OVER AND OVER again.. OMG! it is a endless cycle! its INSANE! but here i am AGAIN starting HCG... and i got two days a week with a personal trainer (the boot camp trainer) for only 30 minutes each time (tuesdays and thursdays) just to get some good workouts as well as the HCG... and i am gonna stick to it this time.. (deja vu) lol but i gotta start my life style change.. i gotta do it... and i DO know this is that when i am on this hcg diet, i alwasy feel soooo much better physically and mentally.. and i need to train my brain to eat properly, and train my body to like to eat properly.. and to train my body to like excersise.. (and with that it is working..) i do look forward to workouts..

so lets hope i can do this 23 days with no cheating... can i go 23 days without cheating??? iv done i t before.. why cant i do it now?? so here it goes! tomorrow VLCD starts... and im off to the RACES!

One day at a time!! Just know that I'm here for you. The only way to fail is to quit trying. You will do great!! Just get organized--it is easier being prepared.
