Back to square one....

Well, not really....maybe it's more like square 5.....
Have still not been able to get going with exercise...and eating has been downright sporadic. But.....got on the scale, took my measurements and know what I need to do....
Have put back 8 (yes 8!!!!) of the 16 pounds I ultimately lost on SP. Measurements are up (umm, well, obviously!) by about 3 inches total. None of this is a surprise as I've been trending this direction for a few months...but I'm really really ready to put the brakes on this....
Am going to start back the way I got going the first time - concentrate on getting the workouts in for the first couple of weeks, tune up my eating without doing the full-on tracking just yet, slow the wine intake down to a mere trickle and start ramping things up near the end of the month.
Here are my goals for weeks 1 & 2:
* Cardio 30 minutes, 3 x per week
* Light UB ST after cardio (10 minutes?)
* Core workout (ABJam) and 10 minute LB 2 x week
* Hit water intake targets
* Light herbal detox
* Regular meals with lots of f & v
* Check in with SP daily
