Day 39: Wise Words from Rocky

Today, I really did not want to go to the gym. Actually, I was just tired of this whole healthy lifestyle. It was interesting that I felt this way because, I had said yesterday that August would be my new "January". I was going to resurrect those first of the year feelings of excitement and positivity and carry it through August.

However, the next morning I was in the midst of a pity party emoticon. However, I got up and went to the gym because God reminded me of this clip from a Rocky movie:

    Yesterday was a rough day for me too! I did exercise, but my food could have been ALOT better. Lol, my attitude was really crappy.

    Thank goodness for new days and I'll watch the Rocky clip for a little more inspiration.
