I love how I'm procrastinating from doing some work I really need to be doing.
Here are the much-delayed photos of things I've mentioned earlier.
First, a pretty typical smoothie:
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp rice protein powder
4 oz 1% milk
sometimes some mango if it's in season and I have it
sometimes a splash of vanilla extract
Coach Nicole's Mini Frittatas:
I made some last week to have as a grab 'n' go quick protein breakfast. They are tasty and look pretty but they were a pain in the @ss to get out of the muffin tins, even when sprayed well. I'm not sure I will make these again because of that, or if I do, I will line the cups with paper or aluminum foil for easy removal.
