30 Day Shred: Day 2

I had a LOT to do today. Good thing I began 30DS yesterday, because I didn't want to break it already on Day 2!!! And I said yes, I can squeeze in a 20-min workout (ok, with stretching and preparing it's much more than 20 min, but still).
I'm still trying to figure out why my blood sugar fell so much this afternoon. They really messed me up, but I didn't freak out and just got over it.
I can't seem to find my photos that I have been taking each month since April, but these "Before" photos should suffice to provide some motivation to get me through 30DS.
It is a tough workout but so short that I am skeptical it can be as effective as many claim. But, perhaps doing small bouts of intense exercise daily can really be better than larger bouts a few times a week. For me this may be especially true, because after long, intense exercise, I seem to get soooo hungry no matter what I do that I probably eat all the calories I burned and then some.

Ok, on to photos! Notes, I did not flex at all for these photos, so pooch hangs out and arms are as they are, even though I am holding them in the "show me your muscles" pose.

There is a lot of potential there.
Not a lot of people take leg shots, but mine are coming along quite nicely. I really gotta find those older photos!
