August Goals.... & the birthday month!

On to another month!
I couldn't be more excited!
I think I'm going to just make this short and sweet. It's not very late, but I've had some early and stressful mornings lately (it's that time again for school pictures!)

Last month I lost 8 lbs. I think I would like to try for the same again. That would put me at 262 (my 10% weight loss goal!)
Fitness minutes:
Goal: 1000 minutes
Workout: 6 out of 7 days. At least 20 minutes
Journal: 6 out of 7 days.
Food: Track EVERYDAY. Stay under 2000 calories. Only eating "out" once a week.
Water: 7 glasses a day
Personal: Work on the self-love. Trying to find out why I feel what I feel & try to talk to myself in a more positive way.

I'm off to bed with positive thoughts.
