Yes. You are all smart. You knew this. Really... I did too. I wasn't really "rewarding", I more had the thought of "I'm kind of tired this weekend--I don't really feel like working out. And I've been working really hard--it won't be so bad."
Well, no, it's not THAT BAD. But it's not THAT GOOD either. I will really see it in the scale tomorrow morning too. It's no ones fault other than my own. I decided to eat a few too many calories, and not work out. Bryan did try (in his own special way) to get me to work out. I told him that he is allowed to get on my case if I have two rest days in a row (if I'm not sick that is). Well, he got on my case. I didn't like to hear it, but I needed to.
Monday was better, I got up off my butt and did a workout dvd. And of course today was Zumba.
Onto the good stuff!
This is my first time looking back at my goals that I put in place for July. Lets have an update, shall we??
July 3rd weight:278
August 3rd weight:270 8 lbs lost! woot! Weigh in day is tomorrow, so we will see what happens there.
Actual:993!! Double what I expected. And that is even after not doing very well the first two weeks!
Goal: 6 out of 7 days
Actual: The first two weeks I didn't do so well, but the last two weeks I followed this about 99%
Goal: 3x's a week
Actual: nearly everyday except the last week
Goal: Track 6 out of 7 days, stay between 1500 and 1800 cal, 1 fast food a week
Actual: After the second week 7 day tracking, about half around 1800, but a good handful of days I ate more than that. Stuck to the "fast food" goal
Goal:7 glasses a day
Actual: After the second week, I think I only missed this one or two days
Not bad so far! I haven't been keeping up with my updating each day for the past week or so. That is going to be one of my August goals.
I'm pretty sure that I'm going to put those in a new blog. This one is getting rather large.
