W6D2 Complete! Last day of intervals!

This run was hard for me. My tummy is bloated and crampy so when I was running, I felt like I had 20 lbs of rocks in my intestines. Not fun. About 9 minutes into the first run I started to feel better and then of course the podcast told me to stop a minute later. Grr. Intervals and I are no longer friends. They were great when I could barely run for 60 seconds, but now its like..ughhhh.
I can't believe I'm almost done with week 6. Time is FLYING!
