Set the alarm for the right time last night, but my knee continued to hurt until I laid my head down on my pillow. I slept well just not enough, I have to work on sleeping more my body & mind need more time to rest.

Felt the burn in my knee this morning, good thing I had my knee brace on again & I'm icing it as I update my blog. But I'm careful not to injure myself and I'm listening to my body, will probably not ride tomorrow if the pain continues throughout the day.

Today's ride was not easy, still paying the price for partying this weekend. Also, I changed the gears while I was riding and focused on increasing the amount of time I'm within the targeted heart rates. I doubled the amount of time today and I felt every second of it. But, I DID IT! I survived and I'm already thinking about my next ride. Perhaps it's the adrenaline or the fact that I am sipping on my coffee lol but I'm determined to push myself more.

It's not easy staying focused and positive but I'm trying to ride this high as much as I can. I work on staying motivated and be more action oriented just doing what I plan instead of planning to do LOL.
