I just can't seem to get any lower that 209-210. I had been losing steadily until I got close to that magical 200 number. I am down one day & way up the next. I have been working out consistently & just had a fill last week, but the scale is barely moving. What gives? I will keep working the band & hope things start going down in the near future. Just needed to vent. Thanks for listening!
