I made this tonight. Lately I have not been so motivated, but I have not been eating junk food. Some here and there, but in small portions. Not as much as before at all. This gave me motivation. A lot of it ! I am planning to start this week with a goal, lose 2 more lb ! If not, at least work out 5 days a week !!!!
