I agree! Huge goals are so overwhelming. It's like "WHERE IS THE END???!!!???" and it's just discouraging! My ULTIMATE goal is to lose a whole lot but I set small goals to reach first! Like right now I want to lose 10 lbs this month to be in the 330's by september. By the end of the yar I would like to be finally in twoterville!!! It's been 11 years since I saw a number with a two in front on the scale!

Walking is AWESOME! I went for a walk this morning and just really enjoyed it. I'll be doing that more often!

I so deserted all my other social networks after I started spark lol. Everybody is like WHERE ARE YOU. I'm like... AT SPARK.. COME ON OVER!!! Let us know how your dr visit goes!

I agree that you have to have baby goals and not just look at the big picture. Keeping the big picture only as your focus will frustrate you. Losing 10% of your body weight is still good. It still increases your health!

You better GET TO IT! GET UP and GET WALKING! You can do this! We are here for you!

I am so here these days more then facebook!

I think you are great and I am so happy your are VLOGing (I love saying it too because it does sound different)
