Not too bad today

So after Friday...blowing the eating part of my plan, today....not to bad. I had 1 pc. of whole grain bread w/turkey and cheese and mayo for b-fast. My 2 snacks consisted of celery w/peanut butter and a tomato (1st), then 2nd was a small smoothie (which probably has more calories then I think). Dinner was 2 oz pot roast, w/5 baby carrots, and 3 small pcs of potato and onion. I am below my scheduled calories for the day. BUT, I think I hear some popcorn call my name...plain with 0 cal spray butter. YUM,YUM!!
I also walked for 35 minutes....wah hoo....maybe I am getting back on track...NO...I AM GETTING BACK ON TRACK...THANKS TO THE ENCOURAGEMENT FROM YOU....YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL!!!
