August Goals

This month's goals:

1. 275 minutes of exercise per day.
2. 8 hours of sleep per night.
3. 1 hour of taking photos per week.
4. Keep current on my stress journal.

As some of you know, I am currently going through a divorce. These 4 goals should help reduce my stress and keep me on the proper path to good health.

    275 minutes is 4-1/2 hours of exercise! Whew! Does that include cleaning, gardening, etc,etc?

    Getting enough sleep surely is key in reducing stress AND staying on track with your exercise goals.

    It's great that you are including something enjoyable on your list of goals.

    It's unfair that your husband should want to stay in the apartment. How can you start the healing process if he's still around?

    So, are you from Maine? It's a wicked nice place!
