My Very Own Summer Camp - Day 1

I am starting (yes, once again) a new program. Bob Harper’s Inside Out. I will be doing one of the sessions a day, plus Quick Fire, and the Exercise of the Day. A 45 minute minimum exercise session per day. I will allow for one rest day, but hope to do something involving movement even on the rest day. The best way to accomplish this is to do it first thing in the morning!!

I am going back to South Beach. I feel so much better cutting back on the carbs. I will be tracking it all – not always on Spark, sometimes in my notebook, but tracking none the less.

Also back to the crucial supplements for me. Calcium, magnesium, Probiotic, daily vitamin, Chia seeds and last, but not least, Emergen C. I feel so much better with a regimen, not sure why I lose track or get lazy, but I am gonna track this too. And of course, a minimum of 64 oz of water a day!

I only lost a little over two pounds on my last BLC challenge – I know I can do better, so it is time to buckle down.

I have started over a hundred times. How many times you start over is not important – NOT QUITTING, is what is important.

Today’s Quick Fire is planks and Today’s Exercise of the day is Close Arm Wall Pushups. So, today it will be a warm up of walking, 1 – 60 second plank and a set of 12 close arm wall pushups, and repeat, plus Butt & Balance on the Intense Cardio dvd. KILLER!! 45 minutes total and 265 calories!!

It feels good to WORK again!!
