Afraid to Weigh

I just returned from my trip to Washington, DC. I am truly afraid to get on the scale. I had a great time sightseeing, but, I'm afraid that I ate wayyyy too much! I hope that I will remain the same weight. I did go to the gym on Friday evening. I plan on working out Sunday and Monday before I head out to Georgia to visit my sister. I will go to the store with her to get the food.

    emoticon Don't you start overstressing and not ENJOYING your summer vacation. You've been looking forward to it, just work on making some more healthier food choices and remember your portion sizes. Stay focused on finding ways to add activities to your day enjoy your time with family.
