Recently, my husband and I decided to divorce after 4 1/2 years of marriage. It was upsetting at first, but I'm focusing on making my life even better than before. I'm more committed to eating healthy, exercising and getting proper sleep. This week, I've gotten better sleep than I have in over 5 years. I could have used the excuse that my marriage has sunk to binge beyond belief, but I haven't. And I've been spending a lot of time at the gym, because I didn't want to be at home. Things are definitely getting better. Like my mother told me yesterday, I always land on my feet.
