Visualising self............YES I CAN!

I’ve managed to maintain my weight and fitness level through the winter ( one more month to go until Spring). My baseline goal. I’m grateful. I received several compliments from old friends that still reference to where my weight used to be. However, I know I need to make more improvements to get this ship going in the right direction.

I’ve found a visual reference of where I want to get to. Ialso confirms that my ambition is realistic.


I’ve been her size two years ago but I was doing loads of exercise.

Now I actually want a moderate work out schedule. Four days at the gym; I can fit it quite comfortably into my schedule. 23 pounds is exactly how much I’d like to take off. I even have a few inches to my advantage as I’m 5’3”. LOL!

I’m also going to change the photograph at my desk to be when I was 140 versus the before picture of me. I presently need encouragement that I CAN versus fear that I will go back to my former weight.
