It's the last day of the month. LORD HAVE MERCY! Where is the year going?
So my updates:
Weight - I'm so excited to say that the scale is at 256! What a thrilling feeling. One more pound will mean that I've lost 60 pounds since the fall. That is very promising considering I allowed myself and my weight loss goals to take a back seat earlier this year. HOORAY! I have a goal weight for my birthday, and I don't think that I will have any problems reaching it. And that's an awesome feeling. My short(er) term goal was to be 249 by August 31. I'm feeling pretty good about that!
Exercise - Even though I had a great weight loss week, I had a bit of an inhibitor for hardcore workouts this week. So I was only able to do walking for a little bit. I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym next week.
Eating - I have been eating pretty decently. Today is the last day of my fast. So incorporating meat and dairy back into my diet is going to be interesting.
I'm feeling great!
