July GOAL Check-in - on to August!

Good early Saturday Morning Sparkfriends. Just a real quick July GOAL Check-In and a moment to reflect and set August goals. Here are the July GOALS and progress:
Weight: Lose 10 lbs total for the month - while this seems easy, it will be a stretch goal for me based on the way I am currently losing. Lost 6 pounds total - not too shabby for the way that I was losing and the fact that on week two I GAINED 2. The last two BIG numbers are more than likely due to my extra calorie expenditure on Prednisone - since I only sleep about 5-6 hours a night rather than my usual 7-8! Will need to push thru to ensure it STAYS off!
H2O - Drink AT LEAST 4 cups of water a day for 30 days. Still not always making this one - I live a truly sedentary lifestyle with no signs of dehydration - but will carry this one into August, yet again.
Calories - track all food every day in my food tracker - regardless of whether I am going to make my calories or not! Keeping this one. - Check - missed a few TOTAL days - but I am on track and good to go with this one!
Exercise - Exercise Program is limited due to my shoulder injury. - None - re-evaluating and MRI scheduled
Health - Dentist in the next 30 days Ooopps - no Dentist! TERRIFIED of going. Resetting this one
Read for motivation or pleasure at least 3 days every week. This keeps me from being a TV slug on the couch every night. About 50% - will amp this one up in August
So for August - looks like not much is going to change:
Weight: Going to back this one down to 8 lbs for the month. 2lbs a week, while maintaining what I have already lost.
H2O - Drink AT LEAST 4 cups of water a day for 30 days. Here we go again!

Exercise - Exercise Program is limited due to my shoulder injury. Working with my Fitbit Tracker / Trainer. Yesterday's Day One Step Count was FEEBLE - 2533 total Steps Taken. Welcome to my Office Environment world! Work to double this count by August 31 to at least 5000 steps a day!
Health - Dentist in the next 30 days - Ummmmm ok
