I know it may not sound like a big thing but it is to me! I went down to the hotel fitness center and worked that treadmill for 30 minutes plus cool down. 4.0 incline and I think 4 speed. Whatever it was i was sweating like a pig.. I think I can do this


But I did it without shoes because I only brought heels and now my feet hurt
