Pressing On. . .

I'm not stuck! I just determinded to press on toward my goals!

Yes I love getting 2-3hours of work out done every other day & some times everyday! I can't help myself. Its addictive! So since Tuesday, I have been feeling kinda tired.

Or should I say drained! There is a nagging pain my lower right side & it stinks of a possible bladder infection but I am pressing on & drinking my water & it maybe it will pass.
So what have I been doing? Scaling back on my food, trying not to get too deep into junk food & getting my strengthen back. Slowly its returning so even though I laid out a workout plan for the week, I walked most of the week. Maybe tonight & over the weekend I will get some weight work & cardio in.

To my concerned sparkfam that prayed for me or left a message on my page. Thank you guys so much & Luv ya! When we fall down we seem to pick each other up with prayers, thoughts & acts of kindness!

Question, when you get sick, how do you nurse yourself back to health?

    Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. It's horrible being sick. If you are not any better go with God to the doctor and see what's really wrong. That walking is cardio too so don't count that out. You will soon be back on your super workout routines in no time. I did just read a Spark article about shorter workouts. LOL

    I usually slow down until my body is ready to press on, and also check the natural food store for ideas. I think I have heard cranberry juice. My friend's mother gets them frequently and needs antibiotics to get over them. They definitely make her very groggy, even batty, before she recovers. Prayers, dear friend, are with you. emoticon

    Just got over a bladder infection last week, no fun. Drink lots of water and get your rest. I hope you feel better soon!
