Hi all,
Just taking a moment to check in. I haven't been able to interact much on Spark of late but don't worry...I'm still documenting what I eat, making healthy choices, and drinking my water. I'm doing more of an unconventional exercise in that I am spending most of the day packing and moving which must be doing something as my thighs and my arms are very sore. I hope everyone is doing well and hope to be back on Spark people more regularly in the next couple of months. I do miss taking the time to read articles, talk to team members, and earn points on the sparkpoint page.

    No worries Marie, glad to hear you are finding time to keep up with your tracking. If I remember correctly there is a drop down menu in the Fitness tracker section for moving boxes. It burns MEGA calories- make sure to note that in your daily exercise. Sounds like things are moving along good for you and the new house plans.

    I look forward to hearing more from you when the opportunity to sit down and chat happens. Just stick to your program and know you are in our thoughts with lots of SMILES. emoticon

    Good to hear from you-- I took a break from spark as well due to things going on at home,too, but it is good to be back !! Good luck with the move and be careful with your back !!!
