I've been going to the Gym since July 8 between 4-5 days a week doing cardio on the elliptical machine and swimming. Strength training I am doing also on those days too not really noticing a difference in my weight so far still at 239lbs today. I know I am in the gaining muscle point of exercising daily. My only difference is I have more energy and don't feel so tired. I have been watching what I eat and drinking lots of water. One good thing to say is I can last 45min on the elliptical machine and burn over 500 calories! I know I want some type of instant changes but I have to keep going and get to my goal. I haven't been able to loose weight since I had my gallbladder/appendix surgery on April 7th. I know my body is still recovering but hope it hurries up lets me get going towards my weigh loss goal of 150lbs!!!
