Yup! I need to get active again. Since I've started my new job the end of April, I have been too tired to do my exercise. My schedule bounces all over the place! I really miss riding my bike!
So I will commit to exercise 3x per week for 30 minutes minimum. I have no excuses since I even have an exercise room in the basement full of every kind of gadget you can think of!
So that's my blog and I'm sticking to it!
