Yup! I need to get active again. Since I've started my new job the end of April, I have been too tired to do my exercise. My schedule bounces all over the place! I really miss riding my bike!
So I will commit to exercise 3x per week for 30 minutes minimum. I have no excuses since I even have an exercise room in the basement full of every kind of gadget you can think of!
So that's my blog and I'm sticking to it!

    Seems like a reasonable, doable goal. Go for it! Sometimes just getting started is the biggest hurdle. Lots of times, I promise myself to do just 5 minutes, but usually after that I can just keep going.

    Crazy schedules can really mess up working out. I know...I also have a crazy work schedule. Good luck with your goals! I am also trying to work out 3x a week. :-)
