data, data, where is my data?

For the last week I have been overwhelmed by life in general (work, house remodel, appliances and car windows breaking, house remodel details being done wrong, costing thousands of dollars, etc). And I stopped logging my food and while I'm still wearing my pedometer, I'm not getting to my 10K steps a day.
But I'm still moving and sticking to my minimum of 10 minutes a day. And I'm still eating relatively well, with only a few what I call 'crazy food' moments.
I keep logging in to get my wheel points, but beyond that I was reading very little and not recording anything beyond my breakfast. And I think that's not an ideal thing for the long term.
But for the short term, I seem to have made it. I'm down .5 pounds since last week and am pretty happy that I can make it, despite the chaos.
It also really helped that a bunch of you pinged me over the last week. The virtual support and kick in the pants was a really great reminder of my goals and of why I love spark so much. Thanks everyone!!
