I'm still here...

Yep, I'm still here... I'm still plugging away.
My good habits almost ended two weeks ago, though. I wasn't feeling well and kept getting abdominal pain, so I stopped exercising. Of course, the next week when I felt better I resorted to my normal excuses... "I'm just too tired... I'll do it tomorrow." So for two weeks, I did not exercise... AND I resorted back to old eating habits (lots of eating out). I expected to step on the scale this week and see some familiar numbers from my past, but somehow I made it through this slide unscathed... I'm still hovering in the general area I've been hovering for the last 4 months!
While the lack of change is a bit frustrating, at least I haven't gained. For the last 6 years, I've put on roughly 10 lbs. per year, taking me from my comfortable 120-125 mid-college, to my highest, 185 at the beginning of this year. The climb has been steady until this past January when I started excercising and changing some eating habits... if nothing else, I know I can maintain this!
So yes, I'm back to exercising 35 mins. in the morning... no more excuses.
Another peice of good news, (this may fall in the realm of TMI) but my cycle has started to regulate... and anyone with PCOS can appreciate the magnitude of that statement. I was completely lacking one up until May... so far I've had two that are natural and unprovoked... which is just amazing news. This means my body has started to regulate itself again... which I am very excited about. I'm hoping this means that other symptoms will start to vanish as my body continues to grow stronger.
So here's to falling off track, but having the strength to get back up and start plugging away again.
