Wk3Dy2--Weigh in day

So... no luck on the weigh in... still at 270. Sigh. It was a bit disappointing, but that shall not deter me. I will continue on...

As for my update for today:
Week 3 Day 2
emoticon emoticon.7 Miles(walking to volleyball) & 1.5 hours of volleyball(i cut out early because I wasn't feeling well. I need to get some good sleep tonight so I'm better tomorrow)
emoticon2037 Calories in. Not bad considering I came home and was a ravenous junkie.
emoticonOnly 4 Fruits and Veggies today
emoticon12+ glasses of water

Pretty good day.... now lets continue that so next wednesday we can lose some poundage.

    I would love to chat more with you. My email is capricepearc@hotmail.com I try to get on here as much as I can, but I am always on my email.

    I started doing really good. I lost 12 lbs in a couple of weeks and was feeling great. Then I let myself slide and that was it. It gets so hard to get back on that horse again!

    Congratulations for sticking with it! I just got back from signing up with a gym that has locations near my house and my work, so I am hoping it is convenient enough I can force myself to go.
    These ladies on here that are saying, "Oh, I love to exercise, etc.." BS. If I didn't have to exercise, I would never sweat again. LOL OK, I am not that bad...but prett close! hahaha If I loved to exercise, I wouldn't be fat. hahahahaha
