So I've been doing spark people for over a month now, I started because my mom got me into it then i got my friend into it. I thought it was going to be this fun group thing where we all motivate each other, i was kinda wrong. my mom stuck with it for awhile but she has a lot on her plate so i understand why she hasn't been on as regularly as I, but i don't understand my friend, we were supposed to work out together and motivate each other but that isn't really working out, every time i bring up spark people she kind of teases me about it. I just wish i had at least one person to go through this with that was as dedicated as me it's very hard going at it alone not to mention I've heard from several sources that more people succeed with weight loss when with a group of people than going at it alone, I've joined spark teams but haven't really had much luck with them yet. I feel so alone on this journey

It is hard when you don't have a lot of support with your goal to get healthy in real life. BUT the great thing about SP is that there is a whole community out here of supportive people who are all going through the same things that you are going through. We're all fighting to get healthier, eat healthier, exercise more. We all know what it's like to get an awful craving or to be super sore from an intense workout. And we're all just a click away. When I feel down or alone in this, I make a practice of going through and reading other people's blogs. I try to cheer on (or cheer up) as many people as I can, and I add friends that inspire me. I encourage you to do the same. Keep sparking! You're not aone!
