As some people know I am team leader of Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss and we have monthly challenges on the team. We have another one starting on August 1st if anyone would like to join us!
What I am wanting to know is that if anyone has any ideals for our next monthly challenge? We usually do the normal team goals such as....
* 8 glasses of water
* Staying with calorie range
* Tracking food
* Walking 5,000 + Steps
Plus we have had addition things.
I am open to any ideals that anyone may have to make it fun or exciting! Any replys are greatly appreciated!!!!
