Challenge Ideals???

Hi Everyone!

As some people know I am team leader of Challenge + Motivation = Weight Loss and we have monthly challenges on the team. We have another one starting on August 1st if anyone would like to join us!

What I am wanting to know is that if anyone has any ideals for our next monthly challenge? We usually do the normal team goals such as....

* 8 glasses of water
* Staying with calorie range
* Tracking food
* Cardio
* Walking 5,000 + Steps

Plus we have had addition things.

I am open to any ideals that anyone may have to make it fun or exciting! Any replys are greatly appreciated!!!!

    I hope you don't take this wrong, but I kind of dropped out of the challenges because they were the same. I'm not sure how much time and energy you want to put into a challenge, but you could make a different one each week, with a variety of things such as:

    Giving goodies
    Read and comment on articles
    Trivia points
    Stuff like that

    Plus, I don't remember from the past, but do you send out a team e-mail for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners? If not, that might help, and then give a team goodie (trophies or ribbons) to the winners. By sending an e-mail with the winners and a link to their page also lets us interact and get to know other teammates.

    Another thing I do every so often is add a little bit about each person. I just go to their page and either copy/paste some of their intro or the information at the right (about me, goals, etc.).

    Just some thoughts since you asked.
