Routines are not for me.

Today I woke up feeling rejuvenated once again because I have been having some minor set backs. Last night was my first time trying out kickboxing since it was something I've been wanting to do for a while now. When I got home last night I contemplated on doing any type of working out because I was so tired, but sometimes I think feeling tired is all in my head. So I got home and turned to my favorite FITTV channel and found that a kickboxing program (i forgot the instructors name ) was about to come on. I pushed myself to go and get my workout clothes on and get to work. So while I was panting and sweating like a pig and my daughter laughing at me because I guess I was looking like I was about to pass out. It just made me work harder. I know every time I talk about my workouts it is always something new. I don't like the same routine of exercise. I mostly do cardio so anything I can find that will burn fat I do it.
I started with the WIIFit then went on to WIIFit plus. Got bored
Started walking 1-3 miles then it progressed to a walk/run after I got my Nike + which became my automatic friend for life. Completed a 10mile and would love to do it again. Now I walk/run a least 3 - 5 miles Sat and Sun.
Bought Leslie Sanone walk DVD - Still like it very much and do it from time to time. Her voice just makes me crazy after awhile. LOL
Watch FITTV channel and started doing Gilad body sculpting and other cardio workouts.
P90X - It's sad to say I tried it its a great program but not for me at this time.
but I will be back.
Bought the Biggest Loser DVD and loved it great cardio workout and lost 4 pounds within 3 weeks. So that's a keeper for sure.
So I have my favorites but I switch it up because I can't keep hearing the same voices over and over again saying the same thing and I get bored too fast. I will always stick to my walk/runs not matter what because I love to be outdoors and it give me the feeling of such greater strength and wellness and that's what I need. I plan out my workouts during the week but if I feel like doing something else I will do it.
