Sleep Challenge Goals

I'm doing well by tracking my food, getting my exercise in, and working on my stress level. My weight loss progress has been quite sluggish. So I'm starting to look at my life as a whole, and to see if other areas need attention.
The tiredness I feel when the alarm goes off is a good indicator that I'm not getting enough sleep. I signed myself up for the Better Sleep Challenge.
My goals are:
1. Go to bed by 10:00 pm on work nights.
2. Set up a pre-bed ritual to help relax before bedtime.
3. Shut the computer off by 9:30 pm at the latest.
