W5D2 Complete!

I made it through day 2! Yay! The 8 minutes wasn't bad...I think the first 3-4 minutes of running are the hardest for muscles are still warming up and I'm trying to find a rhythm. But I find once I get past that magic threshold, my body seems to calm down and just run.

I'm very excited (and proud!) that I've made it so far. Now to just nail those 20 minutes of day 3!!!

    Congrats! I know what you mean because getting started seems the hardest part to me, so is sort of like my engine sputters a little, so I'm never totally sure that it will get going, but once it does and I'm in the groove all is good!

    You can definitely make it through day 3. Find your rhythm, make sure to get plenty of rest the night before, and you will be great! I can't wait to read your happy post whenever you finish those 20 minutes.
