I made it through day 2! Yay! The 8 minutes wasn't bad...I think the first 3-4 minutes of running are the hardest for me...my muscles are still warming up and I'm trying to find a rhythm. But I find once I get past that magic threshold, my body seems to calm down and just run.
I'm very excited (and proud!) that I've made it so far. Now to just nail those 20 minutes of day 3!!!
