Went on my second ride today below are the details;

Avg Speed 6.9 mi/h
It was definitely more challenging today not to mention I pushed myself to ride 11 mins longer. I am happy that I did it but I know my limits and will continue to ride this route until it becomes a little easier for me. I had to stop 2 times to drink water and catch my breath - it certainly was a workout LOL! But I can't wait to continue riding & I'm looking forward to the weekend so that I can explore my neighborhood without time constraints.
I'm inspired and I'm starting to feel good about myself.
